Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By creating an account or otherwise using MyCareFunds ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age, or a parent/guardian acting on behalf of a person receiving care, to use the Service.
3. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sign‑in credentials and for any activity under your account. Enable two‑factor authentication for the highest level of protection.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service: no reverse engineering, no automated scraping, no uploading of unlawful content, and no attempts to access data belonging to other users.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of all content you submit (budgets, expenses, documents). You grant us a limited licence to store and process this content solely to provide the Service to you.
6. Not financial or medical advice
MyCareFunds is a budgeting and organisation tool. It is not a substitute for advice from a financial planner, accountant, plan manager, registered nurse, doctor, or aged‑care provider. Always consult a qualified professional for advice specific to your circumstances.
7. Pricing & subscriptions
The core Service is free. Optional premium features may be offered in future at a price disclosed in‑app before purchase. Subscriptions auto‑renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, with notice where reasonable.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Victoria.
